This application (the "App") is developed by K & M Utility Lab to help users record and split group expenses. By using the App, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of the service The App is a bookkeeping and expense-splitting aid. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not provide any payment, transfer or money-collection service. All settlement of money is handled by users themselves.
Account and cloud sync Using the App requires signing in with an email, Google or Apple account. Once signed in, your group data, records, settings and photos are backed up to cloud services provided by Google so that you can restore them after changing device. An account may only be used on one device at a time; signing in on a new device will stop syncing on the previous device.
Shared groups When you enable sharing or join someone else's group, that group's name, member list, display names and avatars, all expense records, amounts, notes, receipt photos, list items and attachments are uploaded to the cloud and can be viewed, edited or deleted by every member of that group. Do not store sensitive personal information in a shared group. The display name and avatar you choose to provide are visible to other members of the group.
Calculations are for reference only Settlement suggestions and statistics are calculated from the records you enter; please verify the actual payment arrangements yourself. The developer accepts no liability for any monetary loss or dispute arising from reliance on the App's calculations.
Exchange rate data Automatic exchange rates come from public third-party sources and are for reference only; they may be delayed or inaccurate. For settlements involving large amounts, please rely on the actual rate offered by your bank or money changer.
Limitation of liability and changes to these terms To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. This disclaimer may be updated from time to time without prior notice; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
