This Disclaimer (hereinafter "these Terms") applies to the mobile application "Timely Calendar" (hereinafter "the Application") developed and operated by K & M Utility Lab (hereinafter "the Developer").
By downloading, installing, browsing, or otherwise using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to accept all terms contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using and remove the Application immediately.
1.1 Users who download, install, browse, or otherwise use the Application shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms contained herein.
1.2 It is recommended that minors under the age of 13 use the Application only with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should immediately cease using and remove the Application.
2.1 Supplementary Use: The Application serves solely as an auxiliary tool for daily schedule management, journaling, and reminders, intended to enhance personal life experience and convenience.
2.2 Data Accuracy: The Developer has made reasonable efforts to ensure the stability of the Application's functions but does not guarantee that all notifications, countdowns, calendar synchronization, or holiday data are entirely error-free. Users bear all risks arising from reliance on the Application.
2.3 Use Restrictions: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or commercially redistribute the Application, nor use the Application for any illegal, harassing, infringing, or otherwise improper conduct.
3.1 Ownership of the Application: All source code, interface design, visual assets (including default stickers and theme backgrounds), branding, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights of the Application belong to the Developer.
3.2 User Content: Content that you input or upload (including but not limited to diary entries, memos, custom stickers, and photos) shall remain your property in terms of copyright.
3.3 License Grant: To enable the Application to function properly (storage, rendering, synchronization), you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to what is necessary for the Application's operation.
4.1 Local Storage: Most data generated by the Application (such as diary entries, stickers, and memos) is stored within your device.
4.2 Cloud Synchronization: Except where you have explicitly enabled third-party synchronization features (such as system calendar backup), the Developer neither will nor can remotely access your personal data.
4.3 Right to Delete: You may delete the Application at any time to remove all local data in a single action. Data already synchronized to third parties (such as system calendars) must be deleted by you within those third-party services.
4.4 Data Loss Risk: If you delete the Application or change devices without backing up, such data may be permanently lost.
