By downloading, installing, browsing, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the App and uninstall it immediately.

1.2 Not professional advice: All suggestions, data analysis, and statistical information provided by the App are for reference only, and do not constitute any form of professional career planning, psychological counseling, or financial advice. Users should exercise their own judgment based on personal circumstances.
2.1 Data collection principles: The App is committed to protecting user privacy. The App does not collect, process, transmit, or store your personally identifiable information on the Developer's or any third-party servers.
2.2 Local data storage: All data generated by the App is stored solely on your mobile device's internal storage. The Developer cannot access, backup, or restore such data.
3.1 Provided "as is": The App and all features, algorithms, data, and reference materials contained therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3.2 Calculation disclaimer: While the Developer has made every effort to ensure accuracy of time calculations and other logic, no guarantee of complete accuracy is made. Users should verify independently.
3.3 Data loss risk: As the App uses local storage, data may be permanently lost if you delete the App, clear app data, change devices, or experience device failure.
3.4 Exclusion of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
4.1 The App may contain advertising content provided by third parties. Such third-party service providers may collect non-personally identifiable information through cookies or similar technologies for advertising services.
5.1 The source code, interface design, visual elements, and related intellectual property of the App are the property of K & M Utility Lab. Without written permission from the Developer, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or use the App for commercial purposes.
6.1 The Developer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended terms shall take effect immediately upon publication within the App.
